Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mithraveda purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and refunds under the conditions described below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain products such as opened personal care items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, log in to your account and visit My Orders, or contact our customer support team at support@mithraveda.com with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 24–48 hours.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable: products that have been opened or used, items not in original packaging, products purchased on clearance or final sale, and orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
